Direction: Apply directly when needed to lower abdomen and lower back before apply heat pad or a wrapped hot water bottle on lower abdomen for soothing period cramps. Massage one week before your period is due to better manage the painful cramps and discomfort. Apply minimum twice a day for optimal result.
